San Francisco Asian Art Museum
Ito traveled to Japan to collaborate with one of the most venerated Hori Tattoo lineage artists, Horigen, to create special edition pieces for the San Francisco Asian Art Museum. 

Keeping in mind the exhibit's theme of Tattoos in Japanese Prints, Ito incorporated historical Ukiyo artwork into the design, paying homage to the role that Ukiyo has played as a major subject matter for tattoos.

Tattoos in Japanese Prints will be showing through August 18th 2019.
