Shipping

  • Most items will ship within 2-3 business days. Production may take up to 10-14 days if an item is not in stock. 

  • Orders in the United States will be sent standard USPS, unless otherwise requested. 

 

Local Delivery/Pickup

Items purchased locally in the Los Angeles Downtown area may be eligible for free delivery, or may be picked up locally.

 

International Shipping

International orders will be shipped via DHL, USPS, FedEx, or EMS. Once the order is placed, shipping will be calculated and the buyer will be emailed the total cost. The order will be shipped after payment is processed and received.

 

Buyer is responsible for any tax or duties. Ito is not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed to be delivered to the address entered for an order. Upon inquiry, Ito will confirm delivery to the address provided, date of delivery, tracking information, and shipping carrier information for the customer to investigate.

Tax
We charge sales tax for all purchases shipped to California addresses according to federal and State guidelines.

Most Ito clothing items are dry clean only, unless labeled otherwise. If you have any questions or concerns about washing or caring for your Ito products, please contact us.


Sizing & Returns

If you are unsure of garment sizing or fit please email or call us. Returns are accepted if item is unworn and unaltered, with all security seals intact. We only accept exchanges for the same garment type of a different size. If you would like to initiate a return or exchange, please contact us.
